Start the school year strong with off-ice training! Learn proper warm-ups, gain strength and flexibility, and perfect your off-ice jumps.
Our classes will follow the Balanced Skater curriculum, use weekly progress journals, and finish each month-long session with a benchmark strength and mobility assessment for each level.
Skaters should bring a water bottle, yoga mat or beach towel, and jump rope. Foam yoga blocks and a resistance band will be needed by the 2nd week of classes.
Classes are Saturdays 10:00-11:30am at the Pelham Civic Complex and Ice Arena. We can't wait to see you there!
All skaters must sign an online COVID-19 screening questionnaire at safeskatepelham.org before entering the building.
